Synthetic Sports Group were awarded the contract to transform an existing concrete slab for St Patricks Marist College, Dundas. After removing the existing asphalt base, SSG were required to remediate the soft subgrade – historical uncontrolled filling – by removing unsuitable material, proof rolling, and importing new road base to place and compact ready for surfacing. A new asphalt surface was installed.
SSG also supplied and installed Laykold Advantage Acrylic Surface, and line marked for basketball, netball and volleyball.
The school is delighted with the outcome and are ready to explore future projects.
