We design, construct and resurface synthetic sports surfaces for Tennis, Hockey, Football, Athletics, Bowling Greens, Basketball, Netball, Multisport, Cricket, Playgrounds and Backyards.

Hayden Garn
Director
Hayden is the Director and Owner of Synthetic Sports Group. Hayden has over 20 years of experience installing Olympic Standard synthetic sports fields across Australia, South-East Asia, Europe, Canada, South Pacific Islands and South Africa.
Hayden has a hands-on approach to our projects and can often be found on-site assisting our construction teams and performing quality control checks. Hayden maintains overall responsibility for Work Health and Safety for the company.
Dane Salter
Construction Manager
Dane oversees the day-to-day operations of all the construction crews.
His experience in civil construction and building industry ensure projects are delivered to the highest possible standard on time and on budget.
Dane has over 20 years experience in the building industry.
Keith Begg
Sales Manager | Southern Region
Keith oversees the day-to-day sales operations.
Keith is the first point of contact for all sales enquiries in the Southern Region.
Steve Brassington
Sales Manager | Northern Region
Steve oversees the day-to-day sales operations for Synthetic Sports Group.
Steve has over 25 years experience in the sports surfacing industry. Starting out as an apprentice all those years ago, he has now brought his years of knowledge into a sales role for SSG.
Steve is the first point of contact for all sales enquiries in the Northern Region.
Sam Heather
Office Manager
Sam is the Office Manager for Synthetic Sports Group, and has been in the Synthetic Sports Surfacing and Construction Industry for over 17 years.
Sam’s knowledge of our accounting and construction systems ensures the SSG team are on top of the game at all times. She also has a keen eye for detail, and a drive for project controls, efficiency, and delivering on time and within budget!
Courtaney Kemp
Sales Manager | Northern Region
Courtaney joined Synthetic Sports Group in early 2020.
Courtaney’s experience in being a business owner allows her to understand the importance of customer relationships and provides support in administration for business development.
