Synthetic Sports Group embarked on a unique project, designing and constructing a multipurpose three-lane cricket training facility. This facility, equipped with retractable netting and removable poles, is a testament to our innovative approach. It is designed to transform into an all-weather multipurpose sports training area, adding versatility to its functionality.
Our team at Synthetic Sports Group encountered several challenges during the construction process. The presence of numerous underground services and the land’s natural slope in the opposite direction posed significant hurdles. However, our team’s dedication and problem-solving skills allowed us to reverse the slab’s fall, redirecting it towards the existing pit. We also blended the outside areas to create a suitable run-up, showcasing our adaptability and commitment to delivering a high-quality facility.
Synthetic Sports Group then supplied and installed the Australian-made Supergrasse Shield Cricket pitch grass with new fencing across the three bays, retractable dividing curtains, and a chain roof.
